3D Printing Guarantee

3D models that are printed by myself in my studio come with the 3D Print Guarantee. So many times in the model horse hobby I've as well as many others have experienced a beautiful micro mini model of a traditional, just to find out that it is incredibly fragile! I've had a stablemate scale 3D print from another seller break a leg and ear from a 3-foot drop onto carpeting, and it broke my heart! I've spent hours researching and experimenting with different resins, settings, and environments to have the highest quality 3D prints on the market! Anything printed by Rising Daylight Studio is guaranteed to have all of the following:

Prints up to Curio Scale regardless of the model are printed solid, to assure extra strength on every point of the sculpture.
Prints above Curio Scale will be hollowed and printed in separate pieces to guarantee proper printing, cleaning, and curing. Printing a traditional model in one piece makes it difficult to properly clean uncured resin out of the inside, so one seam is common. I start prepping each model before it leaves but extra sanding may be required on larger pieces.
The resin I use does have some elasticity as well as toughness when the model is fully cured. If the legs can bend a little that does not mean it is under cured! These models are designed to live through normal human error, such as being dropped.
Any model from Rising Daylight Studio will not arrive to you sticky, under cured, leaky, or hazardous in any way shape or form. If it is I will send you a pre-paid label to send the model back for a refund or replacement ◩ See terms
If for some reason a model printed by me arrived or became broken at any point in time, contact me and ship it back for a first quality replacement, regardless of when you purchased the model! ◪ See terms

◩ Models that have errors on my own behalf, such as stickiness or leakage, will have a postage label sent to you free of charge. Models that have been broken in the shipping process will have an insurance claim submitted if worth is over $50 before determining a solution. Models broken in the shipping process on values less than $50 will be replaced upon return of the broken model. Models that have been broken outside of my control, such as being dropped, I will send a replacement but not a free postage label. Once the broken model is received as described, I will send out the replacement with free shipping.

◪ If models that I printed have been broken and are painted by an artist other than myself, I do not offer repairs on painted models other than what I have painted. I can send an unpainted replacement, or partial refund which is determined on a case by case basis.
